people inside. moments before the crash, he tried to alert his girlfriend. >> he told her to swerve to the right. the cars were all coming the same way. this was the impact. >> the driver was seriously hurt, as were the other passengers. they were all wearing seat belts. blackwell was not. charges are pending against the other driver. mobile speed cameras are up and running in the city. posted speeds of 35 miles per hour or less. it will capture drivers that go 12 pirates -- 12 miles over the posted speed limit. a big change in montgomery county began today. hard liquor sales are now allowed on sunday.

i really did not expect this performance from the washington redskins today in light of the embarrassing loss last week. this team showed a lot of determination. you can attribute that to the
